Side-Project Revealed Soon - 8/5/12
I haven't been posting a lot. However, I have a short three-day-break from exams, so I thought I'd let you know about some updates. Basically, I haven't had time to work on the RPG. Work won't start until at least 25th May. I won't have a lot of time to work on anything much, really. However, I've tested a few things and I am ready to reveal what the side-project will be. Basically, it will be an image editor. This image editor will be specifically created for sprites. Sprites are 2D Graphics commonly used in platform games (for example Mario, Sonic games use sprites). One of the most important features will be that it will be open-source and extensions, or new features, can be created by users themselves.

Contest - 3/5/12
The contest was kicked off two days ago. Few work has been done so far because of my exams, but it's time to start. So, in the next days you can start expecting some updates. I will start off using the basic set-up. This includes light... and the procedurally generated dungeon.
Back to Work... Soon - 29/4/12
It's been almost a week since I last posted. A lot of things got in the way, and I just started exams. However, I've continued planning a little in my spare time. Next Tuesday marks the first day of May. That means the start of the contest. Therefore, I will start something simple on the game. The bulk of the work will be done after I finish my exams (25th May onwards), but I hope to get some work done before that. That's all for now!
